Saturday, March 27, 2010 The Salem OBA Willamette Valley Gospel Show is returning and will be held this year at Cartwright's Music Event Center located at 429 N. 3rd. Ave. Stayton OR 97383. We'll be sharing the stage with Roundhouse and Bill Jolliff! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are a suggested donation of $12. This is a benefit for the Oregon Bluegrass Association. Saturday, April 10, 2010 It's out annual hometown Tualatin show at the wonderful Heritage Center. This event will be used to help gather crayons, chalk, water colors, generic coloring books, etc for the children our friend Zach Driscoll is meeting during his tour of duty with the National Guard in Aphganistan. Show will begin at 7:00 p.m. This venue has some of the best acoustics around and . . . . hey!. . . . .let's celebrate Kathy's birthday while we're at it! Free cake for all who attend! Saturday, April 24, 2010 It's the second annual Spring Fling Bluegrass Festival in Camas, Washington! This is a fund raising event that features great music, good food, and the most hilarious jamming sessions you've ever attended! Watch for details at http://www.jpiicenter.com/index_files/Page372.htm Concert takes place at 14 NE Dallas Street at the AWPPW Hall. We perform at 7:30 p.m., but there will be plenty of great music all day so come early and stay late!
Saturday, May 8, 2010 It's a Mothers Day weekend extravaganza at the Emerald Valley Opry in Eugene, Oregon! We'll be appearing with our brand new gospel CD in hand. This is one of our favorite shows to do as the audience is so amazing and the producers so fabulous. Show begins at 6:00 p.m. (doors open at 5:00 p.m.). Friday - Sunday, June 11 - 13, 2010 We are so excited to have been invited to the Sacajawea Bluegrass Festival and Dutch Oven Rendezvous in Pasco, Washington! We'll be sharing the stage with Prairie Flyer, The Regulators, Topstring, Foghorn Stringband and more! We'll be performing all three days of the festival and leading a slow jam. Sunday, July 25, 2010 What an honor and a thrill to be invited back for a third year at the Newberg Old Fashion Festival! The Sunday shows on the main stage will once again consist of our good friend and gospel great Charles Patton, Kathy Boyd & Phoenix Rising and then the traditional end-of-festival gospel sing-along. This amazing two week party draws over 50,000 people from all over the world each year. Saturday, October 16, 2010 The Eastside Bluegrass Series will be kicking off it's second year and we are excited to be a part of it. This fast growing musical event features an extremely friendly jam session beginning at 5:30 p.m., two bands and a "tweener" all for a suggested donation of $8. Show begins at 7:00 p.m. There is also a snack bar to keep your taste buds satisfied! Concert takes place at the Freedom Foursquare Church located at 660 SE 160th in Portland, Oregon (it's at the back of the shopping mall - look for the blue signs!). Saturday - Monday, July 1 - 3, 2011 It's one of those festivals that bands are lining up to perform at, and we are so honored to have been invited to take part in the annual Wheeler County Bluegrass Festival in Fossil, Oregon! This amazing small town festival is absolutely free and hosts a variety of activities to ensure there is something for everyone. (2010 is their 10th anniversary and we highly recommend you check them out this year too!)
