Friday, May 23, 2008 Beaverton Oregon is home to an outstanding performing arts center called The Kingstad Theater. We will be performing beginning at 8:00 p.m., but come early for drinks and dinner! The food is great, the staff makes you feel like they're glad you're there, and you get great bluegrass with desert. What more could you ask for? Friday - Saturday, May 30 - 31, 2008 We've been asked to return to Goldendale, Washington for their second annual Fiddle Around the Stars Bluegrass Festival. We had so much fun last year that we're very excited to have been invited back! They have a new website coming soon, but in the meantime for more information you can check out www.cityofgoldendale.com. Jim Allyn of Allyn's Building Center will be sponsoring us again this year. Friday - Saturday, June 6 - 7, 2008 We're going to the Portland Rose Festival! We perform Friday on the Big Top Stage at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday we'll be doing two shows on the World Rhythm Stage beginning at 12:45 and 2:45 pm. this event goes on for over a week, so be sure to check out this world renown event at www.rosefestival.org.
Saturday, June 21, 2008 The city of McMinnville, Oregon is hosting the Oregon Brews and BBQs Festival as a benefit for Habitat for Humanity. We kick things off at noon and our friends Coyote Creek will wrap things up in the evening with a country dance. There's so much in-between it will make your head spin! Saturday, June 21, 2008 We heard so many wonderful things about this festival in 2007 that we just had to take part in 2008! It's the Amboy Bluegrass Festival in Amboy, Washington. Right now we're scheduled to perform at 5:10 p.m. but plan on spending the entire day (or weekend!). There's lots of great regional talent on the roster! Sunday, June 29, 2008 We'll be appearing on the amphitheater stage at the Salem World Beat Festival from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. This event takes place the entire weekend of June 28-29 at the Salem Oregon Riverfront Park. Friday, July 25, 2008 We'll be appearing Friday evening beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Estacada Summer Celebration in Estacada, Oregon. This free arts and music festival promises to be a ton of fun with something for everyone. The town has easy access from all different directions and is in one of the most beautiful areas of the state. Come on out. . . . and spend the weekend! Friday - Sunday, January 9 - 11, 2009 We've been invited back to the RiverCity Bluegrass Festival in Portland, Oregon once again to help out with emcee and jam instigator duties. This is a wonderful festival and there really is no better way to start the new year!
Wednesday, July 22, 2009 We're heading to the land of "O' Brother, Where Art Thou?" as we perform for a Model A grand tour on the green of beautiful Cottage Grove, Oregon. With the "country fair" theme and all those classic cars, we'll have to cut loose with a song or two from the movie at some point! More details as the event approaches.
Friday - Sunday, September 25 - 27, 2009 We'll be at the Tygh Valley Bluegrass Festival all weekend. It's the best end-of-summer party you can imagine, so join us for a weekend of great music, fabulous food, non-stop jamming and a fond farewell to your summer festival friends.
